- Account Info: name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Photographs and generation inputs: the images you upload in order to generate a video, together with the text parameters you submit with them.
- Payment Info: transaction amount, currency, and payment status. Full card numbers are not stored by us — card data is processed by our payment processor (see Section 5). We receive only a transaction reference and status.
- Communications: emails, support tickets, and feedback you send us.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device & Network: IP address, device model, operating system, browser type, and time zone.
- Usage Data: pages visited, feature usage, generation history, activity logs, and session duration.
- Log Data: request timestamps, error logs, and performance metrics.
2.3 Sensitive Data Notice (Photographs)
The photographs you upload may depict identifiable individuals and, in some cases, images a user may consider sensitive. We process these images solely to generate the video you requested. We do not use them to train AI models, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell them. You must have the consent of every identifiable person in a photograph you upload.
We do not collect precise geolocation data, and we do not knowingly collect biometric identifiers for identification purposes.

- Service Providers: cloud hosting, AI model and rendering vendors, and support tooling, all bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to process your data only on our instructions.
- Payment Processor: payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor, Waffo Pancake, which acts as the seller of record for purchases. Card data is not stored on our servers. Waffo Pancake processes your information under its own privacy policy as an independent controller for payment, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Legal Requirements: where required by law, court order, or a lawful regulatory request.
- Business Transactions: in a merger, acquisition, or similar event, with advance notice and continued protections.
- With Your Consent: for any other purpose, with your explicit prior consent.
6. Data Security
- Encryption in transit: TLS / HTTPS for all traffic.
- Secure storage: passwords are hashed; sensitive configuration values are encrypted at rest.
- Access controls: least-privilege principle; staff access to production data is restricted and logged.
- Regular security reviews and dependency vulnerability scanning.
In the event of a security incident affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of discovery, as required by applicable law. Please keep your credentials secure and do not share them.
