Pricing Questions
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We email you a reminder before they expire, so you never lose a credit without warning.
Is this a subscription?
No. There is nothing to cancel — every purchase is a one-time payment for a credit pack. We never charge you again automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which supports major credit and debit cards and local payment methods. Charges appear on your statement as “Waffo Pancake”.
Which AI model generates my video?
Videos are generated by ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 video model, accessed through a third-party inference provider. It runs face-checking on your uploaded photos to keep generation safe and consistent. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What content is not allowed?
We prohibit pornographic content, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deepfakes or impersonation, and content infringing copyright or trademarks. Violent or gory imagery is permitted only as stylized cinematic horror, and never depicting real, identifiable people being harmed. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
