Zombie Couple Video — Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 16 October 2026

Zombie Couple Video ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI-generated content services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through Zombie Couple Video (the "Service"), and sets out our content standards, moderation, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions. All users of the Service must comply with this Policy.

This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Terms defined there have the same meaning here.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content types used in or produced by the Service, including:

  • User Inputs (Prompts): the photographs you upload and any instructions or text you submit with them.
  • Images: photographs and any other images uploaded to the Service.
  • Audio / Video: AI-synthesized video generated by the Service, including intermediate frames and any audio track.
  • Outputs: any content produced by the Service, including downloads, derivatives, and re-uploads.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

The Service prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

  1. Pornography / NSFW content.
  2. Violence / gore.
  3. Hate speech.
  4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation of real people.
  6. Content infringing copyright or trademarks.

The clauses below break these categories and other violations down further.

2.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

The following will be actioned immediately and may be reported to the authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors, including AI-generated or synthetic depictions.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
  • Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Deepfakes of real individuals, including face swaps, nudification, intimate-scene compositing, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the individuals consent.
  • Content that sexualizes non-consenting real people, including uploading a person's photograph to generate sexualized or degrading imagery.
  • Content violating applicable local regulations on AI-generated media.

2.2 Prohibited Content Categories in Detail

2.2.1 Pornography / NSFW

No nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive imagery, fetish content, or adult content of any kind. This applies to generated video frames as well as uploaded inputs. The Service is not an adult platform and does not offer age-gated adult generation.

2.2.2 Violence / Gore

Zombie-themed fictional, cinematic horror is the intended purpose of the Service, and stylized horror imagery is permitted. The following are not permitted and are treated as violations:

  • Depicting real, identifiable people being killed, mutilated, tortured, or dismembered.
  • Depicting real-world violent events, victims, or atrocities.
  • Gratuitous gore with no creative or narrative purpose — for example, close-up dismemberment, organ display, or bodily mutilation framed as spectacle rather than cinematic horror.
  • Content that glorifies, celebrates, or instructs real violence, self-harm, suicide, or animal cruelty.
  • Content intended to threaten, intimidate, or harass a specific person.

If you are unsure whether a scene crosses the line, it probably does. Ask us before generating, not after.

2.2.3 Hate Speech

No content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred or violence against any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity. This includes slurs and hateful symbols, plus coded references and imagery used to convey the same meaning.

2.2.4 Child Safety (CSAM)

Zero tolerance. No sexualization of minors in any form, including depictions of minors, characters implied to be minors, and age-regression of real people. We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities and preserve associated records as required by law. Accounts are permanently terminated and payment information is retained for law-enforcement referral.

2.2.5 Deepfakes / Impersonation

You may only upload photographs of yourself, or photographs you have explicit permission from the people depicted to use. Uploading another person's photograph without consent is prohibited. Permission to use a photograph does not authorize generating the deepfake content prohibited under Section 2.1, nor content that places a real person in a false, defamatory, humiliating, or sexualized light. Do not present AI-generated outputs as authentic documentary footage of real people.

2.2.6 Copyright & Trademark Infringement

Do not generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property — including reproducing copyrighted characters, logos, brand mascots, or trademarked designs, or uploading materials you do not have rights to use.

2.3 Restricted — Subject to Review

  • Stylized horror content: permitted where it serves a clear creative or narrative purpose and does not depict real identifiable people being harmed.
  • Politically sensitive content: content that may be misleading or that impersonates a political figure is prohibited.
  • Medical / legal / financial advice: outputs must not be presented as professional advice and must comply with local regulations.
  • Public figures: generating content that depicts a real public figure in a false or defamatory manner is prohibited.

2.4 Generally Prohibited Conduct

  • Generating or spreading misinformation or disproven claims.
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Deceiving users by passing AI-generated content off as human-created or as authentic footage.
  • Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
  • Jailbreak prompts designed to bypass the Service's safety measures, including prompt-injection, obfuscation, and encoding tricks.
  • Using automated scripts or bots to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or moderation.

3. Content Moderation

We operate a multi-layer moderation system: automated review, human review, and periodic audits.

3.1 Automated Review (real-time)

All requests and generated content are scanned by safety filters.

  • Input filtering: keyword, semantic, and intent detection on prompts and uploaded material.
  • Output filtering: real-time safety assessment of generated content.
  • Usage pattern analysis: monitoring for anomalous or abusive usage.
  • Underlying model safety: our video generation model applies its own built-in content safety filters, including face-checking designed to detect and reject prohibited subjects.

3.2 Human Review

  • Auto-flagged content enters a human review queue.
  • User-reported content is reviewed manually.
  • Reviews are conducted by our trust and safety team, who operate under confidentiality obligations.

3.3 Periodic Audits

  • Random sampling of generation activity is performed periodically.
  • Safety classifier accuracy is evaluated and improved on an ongoing basis.

3.4 Content Severity Levels

4. Reporting

4.1 When to Report

  • Content or behavior violating this Policy's content standards.
  • Critical violations involving child safety or terrorism.
  • AI impersonation or infringement of your own rights.
  • Content depicting you without your consent.
  • Any other situation you believe poses a safety risk.

4.2 What to Include

Please include, where available: the URL or identifier of the content, a description of the issue, the account involved, and any supporting material (screenshots, timestamps). If you are the person depicted and did not consent, say so explicitly — those reports are prioritized.

4.3 Reporting Principles

  • Confidentiality: reporter identity is strictly protected. We do not disclose who reported content unless legally required.
  • Impartiality: all reports receive an independent, objective review.
  • Anti-abuse: malicious or knowingly false reports are recorded and may be actioned.

5. Reporting Channels

To report content or behavior that violates this Policy, use any of the following. All channels are monitored.

When you contact us, please state whether the matter is urgent (child safety, credible threat of violence, or non-consensual intimate imagery). Urgent reports are escalated immediately rather than queued.

6. Response & Processing Timelines

9. Transparency & Policy Updates

  • We publish a content-safety transparency summary on request to law-enforcement and platform partners.
